Ordering
The majority of textiles we offer are 100% cotton broadcloth and 44”, 112cm wide (home decor is normally 54”, 142cm wide), unless individually noted. All fabrics are priced by the 1/4 Metre called a Fat Quarter, half the bolt width and 50cm long.
To purchase more than one Fat Quarter of a particular fabric, choose from the options available in the drop-down box by the item. When multiple FQ’s of a fabric are ordered, they will be cut as one continuous length, 4 FQ’s = 1 Metre. If you are unsure regarding quantities and measurements, please contact us before purchasing– we’re happy to help!
Please bear in mind that colours on computer monitors do vary, and the colour on your screen may therefore not be an exact match to the fabric. We do our very best to accurately represent the fabrics, but we cannot guarantee you will receive an identical colour tone.
ONLINE SHOP IS OPEN TO PURCHASE ITEMS 7 DAYS A WEEK, but we do not process or dispatch orders on Saturdays and Sundays.
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 1 business day. International orders are generally received in under 7 working days.
Refund Policy Items to be returned within 7 days in their original condition for a refund of fabric cost only (i.e. minus any P&P costs). Please use a tracking/recorded delivery service to return any items, as we do not accept responsibility for any items lost in a return posting.
PAYMENT We accept most major credit cards using the secure paypal system. Within the UK we also accept postal orders and cheques (orders sent out when payment has cleared). Outside of the UK we only accept paypal. If you need anymore assistance please contact us at shop@emmagarry.com
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you if possible. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. We do not store your credit/debit card details on our system or files. In fact we never see your credit/debit card details at all as all payments are processed securely through PayPal.
Your privacy is important to us: We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law.
