Postage and Packaging charges

We post within the UK Mon to Friday.

We are a UK-based business, if you want to check whether we will ship to your destination, please just contact us.

We like to operate a same day shipping policy. This means that if your order is placed before 12 noon on a week day (Monday - Friday) we aim to ship it to you the same day. If it is placed after 12 noon ( Monday to Friday) or at the weekend then normally we would hope to ship it the next working day.

You’ll be notified of any anticipated delays immediately via e-mail.

Wherever possible we use the first class Royal Mail service to deliver our orders because we understand that you want to receive your lovely fabric as soon as possible. If you would like your item sent via any other way than first class -please let me know.

I always obtain a certificate of posting for your items.

Postage and Packaging charges
Cottons - A ¼ Metre to post is £0.95 post & packing, every extra ¼ Metre is £0.30. A Metre therefore would be £1.85 to post & pack.
Home Decor– A ¼ Metre is £1.15 post & packing, every extra ¼ Metre is £0.40. A Metre therefore would be £2.35 to post & pack.

For orders over £45 postage and packing is free of charge.

Postage and packaging costs are added automatically to the shopping cart as you complete your order.

As you add items to your shopping trolley you can use the ‘Estimate Shipping’ button to give you an idea of costs. When you checkout, postage costs will be listed as an item on your order.

Your order is important to us, so we select, check and package your items with care. However, in the unlikely event of products being faulty or of sub-standard quality, please contact us immediately via e-mail or telephone. We will do our best to help resolve any issues. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 1 business day. International orders are generally received in under 7 working days.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund. Do this by contacting us by email and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition. These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you if possible. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security We do not store your credit/debit card details on our system or files. In fact we never see your credit/debit card details at all as all payments are processed securely with PayPal.
